Our body is quite a miracle and actually designed to survive in tough situations when necessary. Even when we attempt to deprive it of enough food to get off those unwanted pounds or forget important fluid requirements, it will compensate by making do with what it has. To get those pounds off in the most efficient way are the benefits of a weight loss meal program – the importance of water.
A monitor has been added to the body in order to keep track of necessary fluid so that it will operate properly. When the proper amount of fluid is not received, it must begin to hold on to what it has to keep operating. In order to do this, it does not allow adequate water to leave during urination and instead conserves it.
The good news is that our body consists of about seventy-five percent water, and it is located in cells and in surrounding space known as intracellular. Just daily activity that we take for granted such as sweating, going to the bathroom, and breathing will eliminate a large portion that will have to be replenished. Based on this, just taking in the right amount of fluids daily can eliminate some pounds because it will prevent excess fluid from being held.
The recommended amount of fluid required daily is between eight and ten eight ounce glasses. If an exercise regimen has been added then more fluids may be required simply to rehydrate after working out. The health benefits will be far greater than just a few lost pounds with the required fluid intake, because toxins will be eliminated and flushed on a regular basis.
Instead of three large servings of food daily, it is actually much better to combine the required fluid intake with five or six small servings to burn stored fat and give that metabolism a boost. Food intake is monitored by the metabolism in the same way as fluid intake and when inadequate calories are provided then fat is held for fuel at a later time. Eating healthy food spaced in intervals of approximately two hours with water will ensure a speedy metabolic rate during the entire day.
To speed up the process, include foods that contain fewer calories, but are higher in protein content. Foods of this type will require much more energy to be converted to fuel and an added benefit is received by their consumption. By eating larger amounts of higher protein foods, it becomes even more important to take in the required amounts of daily fluid to flush broken down fat cells out.
Combining daily exercise with the proper fluid intake alone will begin to make a difference in the way you look and feel. By changing eating patterns to include small servings more often as opposed to the larger ones a couple of times daily the metabolism will respond by staying in high gear. The body is a highly tuned engine that requires the proper elements to run smoothly, so why not allow it to win the race.
